SWEET

The Smart Workforce Education Ecosystem Technology Program (SWEET) is a groundbreaking initiative to address inequities in the STEM learning continuum by fostering cross-sector knowledge building, collaboration, and collective action. Considering the challenges facing the life sciences field in the Philadelphia ecosystem, this project is of the utmost importance. This project intends to create a platform for all stakeholders to collaborate and share resources to better support STEM education and workforce development in socio-economic regions nationwide. SWEET will leverage technology and innovative approaches to develop a more inclusive and diverse STEM workforce.
